For this reason, it is necessary to provide the industry with low-cost alternatives which could redirect the CPPS development to a new variety of devices. Abstract

A cyber-physical system integrates capacities such as computing, storing and communication along with others in the physical world such as objects tracking and/or objects controlling. According to the IIoT concepts it is possible to infer that CyberPhysical Production Systems (CPPS) systems are normally connected to each other, and also connected to the virtual world of global digital networks. That is why introducing the IEC-61499 standard, will allow the CPPS to implement distributed, flexible and reconfigurable controllers.
