Abstract

Reverse total shoulder arthroplasty (rTSA) initially faltered because of glenoid component failure. Modern design utilizes a large glenosphere component and relies upon a functional deltoid for arm elevation. We report novel use of rTSA to revise a chronically dislocating TSA.
