Abstract

The purpose of this study were to analyze influence of job stress on organizational commitment, to analyze influence of job stress on perceived organizational support, to analyze influence of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment, and to analyze influence of job stress on organizational commitment through perceived organizational support.  Population was all Public Health Center employees in Tegal Regency as many as 1,165 employees. 本研究的目的是分析工作压力对组织承诺的影响,分析工作压力对感知组织支持的影响,分析感知组织支持对组织承诺的影响,并通过感知组织支持分析工作压力对组织承诺的影响。人口全部是公共卫生中心的法律摄政雇员,多达1165人。抽样方法采用目的性抽样,标准为加快应对新冠肺炎和疫苗接种工作工作组实施小组成员员工和愿意填写本研究问卷的员工。结果表明:工作压力对组织承诺无影响,工作压力对组织支持感知有负向显著影响,组织支持感知对组织承诺有正向显著影响,工作压力通过组织支持感知对组织承诺有负向显著影响。
