Abstract
The article is dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the birth of V.O. Plotnikov is an academician of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, a chemist widely known to the scientific community, especially in the field of electrochemistry of non-aqueous solutions, the founder of the world-famous Kyiv School of Electrochemistry, which was formed in the 20s of the last century.
