In testing the direct effect, this research conducts the Multivariate Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique. This research used 277 lecturers with a sample of 145 lecturers who already have academic positions in the Human Resources Development for Marine Transportation of the Ministry of Transportation. The result of this research demonstrates the performance of the lecturer of the Matra Laut College of Human Resources Development Agency. Abstract
