Anxiety experienced by pregnant women causes low compliance in conducting pregnancy tests. This study aims to determine the relationship between anxiety levels and antenatal care compliance in third trimester pregnant women. Subjects and Method: This study used a correlation analytic design with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all third trimester pregnant women in Kebonrejo Hasmlet, Kebonrejo Village, Grati District, Pasuruan Regency in November 2021 as many as 37 people. The sampling technique in this research was total sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire and MCH handbook.
