The population of the study were the teaching faculty of both public and private sector universities who were purposively selected at the rate of 10 teachers per university, having a minimum of three years library usage experience, knowledge of ICT applications and participation in library activities. A semi structured questionnaire was used to collect data from the target population. Out of 260 people in the sample, 200(77%) filled in questionnaires were received. Abstract
