Abstract
The article considers the problem of reliable evaluation of flicker in electrical networks. The technique for calculating the normalized frequency characteristics of the instrument for light sources with different sensitivity to voltage fluctuations is presented, which is aimed at improving the standard methods for estimating the flicker.
