Abstract
Intangible cultural heritage is a form of custom and cultural ideology retained by the people of all ethnic groups in the world, which is closely related to their daily life. Its inheritance and development are of inexpressible significance and inestimable value to the whole human civilization. This paper focused on the principles that should be followed in the protection of intangible cultural heritage projects in China, analyzed the key points and difficulties in the implementation of each principle, then analyzed and discussed the strategies for the protection of intangible cultural heritage projects from different angles.
