Facilitators included content and format, dedicated time, asynchronized flexible programming, incentives, and ensuring technology was available. <b>Conclusion:</b> Project ECHO is a promising intervention that can increase physicians' knowledge and skill set in specialty medicine during the COVID-19 pandemic.
