The irradiation is seen to produce significant changes in the structure factor S(Q)of this glass, and the changes observed are quite opposite to those caused by low-temperature annealing. Changes are also observed in the reduced radial distribution function G(r). All these changes are finally discussed in conjunction with the topological short range ordering (TSRO) and chemical short range ordering (CSRO) of the metallic glass. \n \n \n \nBestrahlungseffekte infolge Rontgenbeugung auf die atomare Struktur von metallischen Cu50Ti50-Glas werden untersucht.
