The patient was started on topical and systemic corticosteroid therapy, and immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy was paused. After resolution of ocular inflammation, the patient was restarted on immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy without return of ocular symptoms.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Extensive multifocal placoid chorioretinitis may occur in patients undergoing immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy. Abstract
