Regional and local strategic priorities of degraded areas revitalisation are analysed. The article considers the implementation of specific projects aimed at: the formation of recreation and green areas, redevelopment of the territory with priority given to pedestrian traffic (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk); implementation of integrated measures for the formation of key public spaces in the city (Irpin, Mariupol, Lviv); restoration and zoning of the territory, emphasizing the uniqueness and accessibility of the natural environment (Kharkiv, Kyiv, Dnipro); implementation of modern spatial solutions for the organisation of leisure, taking into account inclusiveness (Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Zhytomyr); development of creative industries in reconstructed post-industrial premises, creation of unique platforms for various cultural events, support for entrepreneurial and social initiatives (Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Кyiv, Kharkiv, Kherson); arrangement of multifunctional cultural spaces for different categories of the population (Odesa, Trostianets, Vinnytsia, Lutsk, Ivano-Frankivsk).
