Abstract

The frequency of the chaotic pulse electric field is random in a limited range, which can be adjusted and controlled, thus can effectively cover the harmonic resonance frequency of the droplets in the oil, and realize the efficient coalescence and demulsification of the droplets. 混沌频率脉冲电场激励乳化液液滴的仿真分析
混沌脉冲电场的频率在有限范围内是随机的,可以调节和控制,从而可以有效地覆盖油中液滴的谐波共振频率,实现液滴的高效聚并破乳。本研究采用混沌-脉冲位置调制方法,将混沌序列嵌入脉冲区间,构建混沌频率脉冲电场,建立了乳化液液滴在混沌频率电场中的振动动力学仿真模型。通过数值计算得到了乳化液液滴在混沌频率脉冲电场作用下的振动动力学响应,并对响应输出进行了动力学分析、相图分析和最大李雅普诺夫指数计算。研究发现,在混沌频率脉冲电场的作用下,乳状液滴在高频时可获得较大的拉伸变形,而在低频时相对较小,且波动稳定,可以定性定量地识别乳状液滴的混沌振动特性。
