Abstract

Using Ansys Fluid Flow software, a numerical investigation was to study the wind distribution around logistic sheds with a bridge vent. Then, were considered several wind directions - direct approaching, oblique, oblique opposing, lateral, and opposing - and neighborhood conditions. The Shear Stress Transport turbulence model and rectangular mesh were employed. The application validation of the CFD technique occurred in the logistic shed without a bridge vent, and the results showed good concordance with the literature.
