The expression of nAchRa7 in the liver of the Glytan group decreased significantly at four weeks after PHT. It is concluded that the change of portal pressure and the expression of nAchRa7 in the model and Glytan groups is consistent with the time sequence. Abstract

This study aimed to observe the expression of the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor nAchRa7 in liver tissue after portal hypertension (PHT).
