Selection criteria to consider endodontics and bisphosphonate-associated osteonecrosis of the jaw were previously defined. Relevant evidence of the articles that met the selection criteria was extracted. The clinical aspects discussed in this article were endodontic indications and therapeutic recommendations in patients with risk of bisphosphonate associated osteonecrosis. Abstract
