An observational study was conducted through a survey on a List of extremely vulnerable people provided by specialists to the Medical Management.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>There was good feedback with the return of most of the questionnaires administered and above all a good degree of satisfaction and protection on the part of the user.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The analysis carried out found that by placing the centrality of the person, \"patient-oriented\" in the foreground, with listening, the \"taken care of\", creates an empathic relationship between the healthcare professional and the user. Abstract
