Effectiveness of Progressive Resistance Training in Parkinson's Disease: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.

A total of 383 performed trunk or upper or lower extremity PRT and 378 underwent balance training, modified fitness counts, or did not change their lifestyle.
