He had moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma in the middle thoracic esophagus and underwent partial esophagogastrostomy 16 years prior. The patient with postoperative anastomotic stenoses was treated with radiotherapy at a total dose of 60 Gy after esophagectomy. Abstract
A patient presented with a 5-year history of slowly progressive dysphagia.
