These results indicate the formation of affective and normative commitment among nurses in working energetically or preventing turnover. Abstract

To clarify the combined effect of the sub-factors of organizational commitment, this study examined the relationships between organizational commitment profiles and work engagement, psychological distress, and turnover intention among nurses.
