Abstract

Recently, technological transformation has led to critical innovations in the health sector. Hospitals can provide much better services via digital transformation. However, the desired result cannot be achieved due to the lack of organizational preparation for digital transformation. This article has introduced criteria to measure the readiness for digital transformation, and the analysis of these criteria was performed using Explanatory and Confirmatory Factor analysis.
