摘要

由于各种微创血管内手术的增加,医源性股动脉假性动脉瘤(IFAPs)并不罕见。经皮注射凝血酶是治疗大型假性动脉瘤的常用方法。当超声引导下不能压迫动脉瘤颈部时,经皮注射凝血酶可联合血管内球囊封堵,以防止凝血酶渗漏至载瘤动脉。我们描述了一个大的IFAP,在不慎动脉穿刺后取出股透析导管,经皮超声引导(USG)凝血酶注射,同时在动脉瘤颈部水平球囊闭塞,无任何并发症。随访影像显示IFAP血栓形成,无复发。
