摘要

目的:卵巢癌是一种发病率高、死亡率高的恶性肿瘤。方法:我们从一名越南卵巢癌患者的肿瘤中分离并鉴定了一株卵巢高级别浆液性癌细胞(M4)。结果:M4癌细胞在培养中表现出良好的增殖和稳定性。形态学上,M4细胞表现出与肿瘤细胞相似的多面体形状,细胞核大而不规则,核质比高,核密度高,表达CA125、p53、Ki67等肿瘤标志物。结论:我们成功分离并鉴定了一例越南卵巢癌患者的M4细胞系。

Aim: Ovarian cancer is a serious malignancy with high prevalence and mortality.

Methods: We isolated and characterized an ovarian high-grade serous cancer cell line (M4) from a tumor of a Vietnamese patient with ovarian carcinoma.

Results: The M4 cancer cell line showed good proliferation and stability in culture. Morphologically, the M4 cells showed similar characteristics to tumor cells such as a polyhedral shape, large irregular nuclei, high nuclear/cytoplasmic ratio, high nuclear density and expressing cancer markers like CA125, p53 and Ki67 markers.

Conclusion: We have successfully isolated and characterized the M4 cell line from a Vietnamese patient with ovarian carcinoma.
