The endocrine irAEs examined are thyroid dysfunctions, immune related-hypophysitis, diabetes, peripheral adrenal insufficiency, and hypoparathyroidism.</p><p><strong>Expert opinion: </strong>There is still much to investigate in endocrine irAES of checkpoint inhibitors.
