Ultrasonographic evaluation of the spine in the second trimester is central to the antenatal diagnosis of spinal malformations. Here, we report a case of thoraco-lumbar spine duplication associated with lipomyelomeningocele diagnosed by ultrasonography at 19 weeks of gestation.
