摘要

目的:本研究的目的是检验围麻醉护理管理(麻醉准备室、手术室、康复室、麻醉后访视、麻醉综合管理)在医院服务中的应用。方法:采用定量研究设计，对311名护士进行数据收集，采用结构方程模型进行数据分析。结果:“五球一体化”围麻醉护理管理模式的应用影响了医院对患者的服务。结论:五球一体化模式的实践既突出了麻醉护理的专业特点，又保证了围麻醉期患者的医疗质量，为其他专科的护理管理提供了新的思路和借鉴。
