摘要

背景:没有研究涉及伊朗护生学习和使用护理理论的经验。目的:了解伊朗护理研究生学习和运用护理理论的经验。方法:对伊朗三所护理学校25名完成护理理论课程的护理硕士研究生进行定性研究。进行了半结构化访谈。数据分析采用内容分析方法进行。结果:大多数学生对护理理论的学习和应用有积极的体验。数据中出现了三个主要类别,即“令人耳目一新的开端”、“需要支持”和“临床用途”。护理理论更新了学生对护理专业的看法,强化了学生的专业价值观,帮助他们认清专业界限,进行全面的护理。结论:护理教育体系应培养专业的护理理论教师。护理管理者应支持护士实施这些理论。
