药物刺激对移植肢和对侧肢肌肉中巨能化合物的代谢有一定的积极作用。药物刺激的应用缩短了肌肉修复的时间,显著增加了再植和完整肢体中肌酸磷酸和ATP的水平,并恢复了琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性。在本实验条件下,4-甲基尿嘧啶与维生素联用是最有效的制剂。
