تصور مقترح لتطوير إدارة مدارس التعليم الثانوى العام فى ضوء مدخل الإدارة الذاتية

هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير عملية الترخيص لمزاولة مهنة التعليم بفلسطين في ضوء بعض التجارب الإقليمية والعالمية المعاصرة، من أجل ضمان اختيار أفضل العناصر وحماية المهنة من العناصر متدنية الكفاءة الأكاديمية والمهنية، وذلك في إطار دراسة شاملة تتناول التأصيل والتحليل التاريخي والفلسفي لقضية الترخيص لمزاولة مهنة التعليم، والقراءة المتبصرة لبعض التجارب والخبرات الإقليمية والعالمية في هذا المجال، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وخلصت إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير عملية الترخيص لمزاولة مهنة التعليم بفلسطين، متضمنا فلسفة ومنطلقات وأهداف وآليات تطبيق، وكذلك ضوابط وتوصيات ينبغي مراعاتها لنجاح التطبيق، وقد تم عرض التصور المقترح على مجموعة من خبراء التربية في فلسطين لضبطه وتدعيمه والتأكد من صدقه واتساق بنوده ومحاوره. Abstract : A Suggested Proposition for Developing the Licensing Process for Practicing the Profession of Education in Palestine in the Light of Some Contemporary Regional and International Experiences. The study aimed at providing a proposal through which the licensing process for practicing the profession of education in Palestine in the light of some contemporary regional and international experiences can be developed, in a framework of a comprehensive study of rooting and historical and philosophical analysis of the issue of licensing the practice the teaching profession, and thorough reading of some contemporary regional and international experiences and expertise in this field, the study used a descriptive approach. In the conclusion, the study brought a proposal to develop the licensing process for practicing the profession of education in Palestine in the light of some contemporary regional and international experiences, after analyzing those experiences and taking advantage of them and adapting them to the Palestinian environment, the proposal included a philosophy and perspectives, objectives and implementation mechanisms, as well as limitations and recommendations should be taken into account for the success of the implementation, A Suggested proposition has been presented to a group of education experts in Palestine to adjust and strengthen and ensure consistency and sincerity of its clauses and themes.
