The FOADRC framework for linear FOSs and the necessary conditions for the existence of a stable controller of the system are given. The fractional-order tracking differentiator (FOTD) and the fractional-order extended state observer (FOESO) are introduced. Then, the FOADRC scheme for parallel FOSs is proposed.
