The spherical rotor is embedded in the center of an almost annular stator vibrator with a spherical inner surface, and a motor shaft is mounted on the rotor. The stator vibrator with piezoceramic disks and plates adhered to the surfaces of the vibrator can excite five vibration modes, independently and simultaneously. The spherical rotor can rotate around three axes by combining two of the five vibration modes. The present paper describes the basic construction and the operating principle of the rotor-embedded-type MDOF-SUSM, modal analysis results for the stator vibrator, and some experimental results based on a trial manufacture. 摘要

具有多自由度运动和复杂动作的作动器系统是近年来机器人技术领域的研究热点。本文提出了一种新型转子嵌入式多自由度球形超声电机。MDOF-SUSM由一个球形转子和一个定子振动器组成,采用一体化结构。球形转子嵌入内表面为球形的近环形定子振子的中心,电机轴安装在转子上。在定子激振器表面贴有压电陶瓷片和片,可分别激发和同时激发五种振动模式。球面转子通过组合五种振动模式中的两种,可以绕三轴旋转。本文介绍了转子嵌入式MDOF-SUSM的基本结构和工作原理、定子振子的模态分析结果以及在试制基础上的一些实验结果。所提出的MDOF-SUSM确认了设计的工作原理,结构简单,结构紧凑,重量轻,有望实现较大的扭矩重量比。
