This paper proposes a framework of linkage control on the priority-based method, which resolves interoperability between different IEDs. Then, the structure of remote integrated application server (RIAS) is expended to implement the proposed linkage control scheme in SACS. In the end, four SACS scenarios with linkage control were tested.
