The best resolt was treatmen with addition 0,3 ml/m2 at coconut oil (C), the survival rate was 27,87 %, absolute and while for the abnormality was not different  significant for all treatment. 摘要

这项研究在BBI企鹅馆进行了10天。本研究的目的是确定不同油添加量对水面的影响以及对梭鲈幼虫成活率的最佳油类型。试验设计为完全随机设计(CRD), 4个处理,3个重复;不加油(A);0,3 ml/m2鱿鱼油(B);0.3 ml/m2椰子油(C)和0.3 ml/m2棕榈油(D)。数据采用单因素方差分析获得。以添加0.3 ml/m2的椰子油(C)处理为最佳解决方案,绝对存活率为27.87%,而对所有处理的异常无显著差异。B组异常率最低,为1.36%。
