摘要

本文提出了三相单相负荷分配的新技术,以减少电压不平衡。给出了问题的表述和目标函数的选择。在二元变量任务决策的加性方法的基础上,提出了负荷分配优化技术,并给出了其实现算法。并给出了该技术的数值实例。
