Currently, the data migration is very important because of the ever-mounting volume of data, that are collected via many sources, has motivated the migration from Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) to NoSQL (Not Only SQL) database. The main aim this paper is to present a methodology for data migration from RDBMS to NoSQL database. To illustrate this methodology, we implement a software prototype using MySQL as a RDBMS and CassandraDB as a NoSQL database.
