摘要

本研究的目的是鉴定来自清净细带绦虫昆虫分离株的球孢白僵菌昆虫病原真菌和可可植物内生真菌球孢白僵菌中具有促进生长活性的生物活性化合物。该研究在安达拉斯大学农学院生物防治实验室进行。采用GCMS方法进行了为期4个月的研究。从研究结果来看,从可可植物中鉴定出的促进球孢白僵菌生长的生物活性化合物为乙酸、乙酸、乙酸、冰醋酸、ch3 COOH;正十六烷酸,棕榈酸;9-十八烯酸(2)-(CAS),油酸,红油,橄榄油;十八烷酸(CAS)硬脂酸,正十八烷酸,香草;Ergosta-5 7 22-trien-3-ol(3。β。,22 E) - (CAS),麦角甾醇(CAS);而从球孢白僵菌中提取的昆虫病原真菌有醋酸(CAS)、乙酸、醋酸、乙醇酸、CH3COOH、二氢甘露醇;d -葡糖醇,1,4,3,6 -二氢-(+)-异山梨酯;棕榈酸甲酯十六烷酸甲酯(CAS);正十六酸,正十六酸,棕榈酸;9-十八烯酸甲酯(E)-elaidic酸;9-十八烷酸(Z)-(CAS),油酸,红油;十八烷酸,硬脂酸,-n-十八烷酸,Humko industrie R;麦角糖-5,7,22-三烯-3-醇,(3. β .,22E)-CAS,麦角甾醇(CAS)
