Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to select the optimum machining technological design scheme from the multitudinous alternatives based on the analysis of three main influence factors, such as machining quality, machining cost and machining efficiency, which influence the process of technological design directly. One desirable membership function and one fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of multi-process designing schemes are designed, and one approach of multi-process schemes decision making process is presented. Finally, one fuzzy comprehensive evaluation machining method decision making system is developed with MATLAB, and the result of the case study indicates the evaluation results accord with the actual production condition.
