AI and IoT are beginning to shape the future of many industries globally by generating an unprecedented amount of data. In the case of South Africa, we observe that in e-business new value can be created by the ways in which transactions are enabled. In this study we use the principles and applications of AI and IoT to determine the impacts in the transformation of E-Business sector in South Africa. The objective of this study is not to reproduce experiments, but to investigate and quantify the impact AI and IoT has in the transformative process of change in the E-Business sector.
