摘要

传统的数显仪表缺乏通信接口,其智能化是基于数字识别技术。为了满足数字识别实时性的要求,本文提出了一套完整的数字识别算法。使用Otsu方法对待识别图像进行阈值分割算法。然后利用投影法确定字符显示区域,并对单个字符进行分割。最后,采用笔画编码的方法完成字符识别。该过程不包括传统的步骤,如细化,形态计算和神经网络训练,带来了很高的计算速度。实验表明,该方法对待识别目标的旋转、尺度、光照变化具有较好的适应性,满足数字仪器对时间和精度的要求。
