The parameters of specificity, linearity, repeatability, quantification and detection limits were evaluated. The proposed dissolution medium was Simulated Vaginal Fluid solution pH= 4.2 with Sodium Lauryl Sulfate 0.5% (p/v). The wavelength used for CLT quantification was 265 nm. The results obtained meet the acceptance criteria specified in the Analytical Method Validation Guide (García et al., 2002). In addition, the spectrophotometric method developed allowed us to determine that the percentage of CLT encapsulated in the nanoparticles was 85.64% (w/w). 摘要
