The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of the work environment, leadership, training and work discipline on employee performance in the sales department of PT. Toyota Nasmoco Karangjati. This study uses a survey method to employees of the marketing department at PT. Toyota Nasmoco Karangjati has 33 employees as respondents. The sampling technique in this study is the saturated sample. The analytical tools used in this study are: validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, heteroscedasticity test, ui coefficient of determination and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect, giving the understanding that if the work environment is supportive, it will lead to morale. Leadership has a positive and significant effect, giving the understanding that a leader must have a strong individual concept and ability to achieve his goals in the company. Job training has a positive and significant effect, providing an understanding that training is necessary to improve the skills and performance of the company's work. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect. 摘要
影响员工绩效的因素有很多,比如工作环境、领导能力、培训和工作纪律。本研究的目的是分析PT. Toyota Nasmoco Karangjati销售部门的工作环境、领导、培训和工作纪律对员工绩效的影响。本研究采用问卷调查法对PT公司营销部门的员工进行调查,共有33名员工作为调查对象。本研究的取样技术为饱和取样。本研究使用的分析工具有:效度检验、信度检验、经典假设检验、异方差检验、ui决定系数和多元回归分析。本研究的结果表明,工作环境有一个积极的和显著的影响,给出的理解,如果工作环境是支持性的,它会导致士气。领导力具有积极而显著的作用,它给人的理解是,领导者必须具有强烈的个人观念和能力,才能实现他在公司的目标。岗位培训具有积极而显著的效果,使员工认识到培训是提高公司工作技能和绩效所必需的。工作纪律有积极显著的影响。让员工明白,员工越自律,他的表现就会越好。
