摘要

涡轮增压器技术在船用柴油机上的应用日趋普遍,涡轮增压强度也在不断提高。然而,柴油机90%以上的运行时间都处于低负荷状态,存在转矩不足、油耗高、热负荷大等问题。并直接影响电力和经济运行。提高船用涡轮增压柴油机低负荷性能的关键在于涡轮增压器能否充分利用废气能量。本文采用变容积排气管技术作为脉冲涡轮增压系统,提高废气利用率,从而保证涡轮增压器有足够的能量,提高低负荷性能,降低船舶运行成本。
