摘要

本文提出了一种考虑无取向电工钢板二维磁性能的有限元分析方法,并将其应用于大型永磁无刷直流电动机的性能分析。采用二维单片试验机对无取向硅钢(50A1300)的磁性能进行了测试,并采用扩展B-H曲线法进行了非线性有限元分析。通过所提出的有限元分析方法,对铁损和齿槽转矩等性能进行了分析,并与传统分析方法的数值结果进行了比较。
