According to the need of beam-scanning the desired solutions of phase dynamics are established. From that, we determine how the accessible parameters of coupled oscillators can be adjusted. The article also determines conditions under which those solutions are stable, i.e., physically realizable. Computer simulations are used to testify the usefulness of the method. 摘要
