Batch adsorption method was used to study the adsorption of orange G dye onto raw and activated clays. The impact of different factors related to the adsorption process was studied such as: agitation time, clay dosage, solution pH, starting OG dye concentration, temperature and ionic strength. The adsorption process was described by using Langmuir, Freundlich, Temkin and Dubinin-Raduchkevish isotherm models. 摘要

本研究考察了阴离子染料(橙色G)从水溶液中对原料的吸附行为,并激活了来自佐尔巴提亚地区(伊拉克东部)的伊利石、高岭石和绿泥石粘土的混合物。化学处理包括碱和酸活化。用5M NaOH (ACSO)处理粗粘土(RC)得到碱活化,用0.25M HCl (ACH)和0.25M H_2〖SO〗_4 (ACS)处理粗粘土(RC)得到酸活化。在750℃的酸活化和105℃的碱活化条件下,煅烧产生的活性粘土进行热处理。采用间歇吸附法研究了桔G染料在原料粘土和活性粘土上的吸附作用。考察了搅拌时间、粘土用量、溶液pH、起始OG染料浓度、温度、离子强度等因素对吸附过程的影响。采用Langmuir、Freundlich、Temkin和Dubinin-Raduchkevish等温模型描述了吸附过程。根据Van’t Hoff方程估计焓变、熵变和吉布斯自由能变化的热力学函数〖∆H〗^°、〖∆S〗^°。
