摘要

将实际机械传动系统与光盘激光切割机相结合,设计了圆到长机械传动环节高精度动态测量系统。介绍了其工作原理和系统误差。实验证明,该测量系统完全能够胜任测量任务。设计了专用的计算机接口板和实用的计算机软件,具有数据采集速度快、处理能力强的优点。对数据进行处理后,可以得到机械传动环节误差。
