摘要

“实验室Bisnis”是工商管理系的实验室,是一种便利店。与其他竞争对手相比,影响商店利润的日常交易非常低。这种情况可能是由于客户忠诚度低造成的。本研究发现,Lab Bisnis的顾客忠诚度因子在重复购买和推荐因子中较高。然而,对于保留行为,应该由管理层来增加。本研究可以为今后制定企业忠诚战略规划提供一个模块。
