低压配电网漏电事故如不及时处理,将直接影响用户的人身财产安全,大面积停电也将给国民经济带来巨大损失。为减少低压配电网漏电事故的发生,研究了低压配电网漏电事故保护的主要原理、方法和技术,分析了零序电流保护和剩余电流保护的原理。研究了幅值比较、电流脉冲、幅相角比较和相量突变的方法、特点和适用范围,为低压配电网漏电保护设备的研究和开发提供了依据。
