The path with the maximum weight equated the corrected secondary structure. By this method, we tested against several groups proteins and showed that this method was feasible. 摘要

图论在蛋白质结构预测领域起着关键作用。本文提出了一种基于图权值最大路径的蛋白质二级结构预测方法。图的三个顶点给出了蛋白质可能的二级结构,图的每条边由一个函数分配一个权重。重量最大的路径等于修正后的二级结构。用该方法对几组蛋白进行了测试,结果表明该方法是可行的。最后对该方法的参数选择进行了讨论。

Protein secondary structure predict based on the path with the maximum weight
